Tolentino, normality post-earthquake is also a playground

The recreational field has been inaugurated in the container area in the presence of the mayor Giuseppe Pezzanesi and of the pastor Luis Giuliani, representing the Federation of protestant churches in Italy

Rome (NEV), December 21, 2018 – The playground in the container area of ​​the municipality of Tolentino, was inaugurated on December 12 afternoon thanks to the fundraising launched by the Federation of Protestant Churches in Italy (FCEI) after the earthquake in central Italy of 2016.
At the inauguration ceremony were the mayor of Tolentino, Giuseppe Pezzanesi, and, representing the FCEI and the Baptist Church of the region, the local pastor Luis Giuliani, accompanied by Alejandra Arrieta, who played a key role in the organization and realization of the playground. The boys and girls in the area greeted her with great affection.
The mayor Pezzanesi thanked the FCEI for its donation, which represented the largest part of the playground construction, and expressed gratitude for “yet another demonstration of its sensitivity” towards the city of Tolentino.
In fact, FCEI has already built a playroom and a study room; bought furniture for the apartments of the project “After us” for families with disabled persons; and provided the “Don Bosco-Istituto Grandi” school with a cold store for 450 meals.
